Labour party, CWU contribution.
Because of the total lack of support from the Government and charges of being irisponsible by Gordon Brown and his Ministers. Is it not time for our Union Conference to say " we are stopping our contribution to the Labour party because it is of no benefit to our members.

Stop Our Cash Going to New Labour!
GO FOR IT NOW!
Everyone phone CWU HQ for a form to withdraw from the political fund today. Cut your money going to our enemy.
Do'nt fall for the CWU HQ endorsed conference reolution giving them a year to amend their ways or else!!! This will be after the General Election. Cut it now. It may be only 10p or so a week but times that by probably 10's of thousands of members! How about selecting our own candidates to stand on a good platform!

the political fund dont go straight into labours pocket its used to sponsor mps and fight in the past tory plans to privitise us amongst other things and when this subject always comes up at branch meetings,agm and conference i have always took the view held by HQ that its better to keep it and maintain a voice inside goverment
