Hi everyone, im new to the forum and to rm. its been very enjoyable so far and have met alot of interesting people from very different walks of life
ive been working the 24hr/week part time shift, started in november and currently on trial until the end of this month. however at the same time my mail centre has asked if anyone wanting to become full time opg should apply before the end of this month. this applies to all ftcs and part time.
i am wondering if i was to not apply for full time i.e remain on the 24hr, would this have any influence on my performance result and me remaining an employee
