At the end of the day what difference does it actually make to the postie? If dom wants it done that way just do it the way he wants and let him deal with any problems it causes

We were instructed sometime in 2014 to prep them first at our depot, I follow their instruction, it slows down how quick I can throw my trays of sequenced letters into the frame... Not my problem.

Start time, end time, reasonable request.

Haha..start time, end time, reasonable request. If only every OPG could remember those six simple words, life would be so much easier.

There 'should' of been a local agreement when this came in all dem years ago.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The problem is when you have a unit failing shedloads of D2D.
The agreements then go out the window and some form of control becomes necessary.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

You find the cover person and you give them some verbal abuse (possibly). And then you tell the dim that you don't mind taking the d2d's, but you will be finishing on your time . Then watch them squirm :Very Happy
