Tracked Items and Amazon

From November onwards we had a daily nag re tracked items and sometimes had to give reasons why a particular tracked item had been returned. Since Christmas though this appears to be another RM initiative that has been quietly side-lined and we are no longer harrased. Fancy charts are now no longer updated now. The best one being 'only XXX number of tracked items more delivered to achieve 95% target'. And it was all supposed to be to suck up to Amazon. Anyone in the know about why this is no longer a big concern? Was the carrot not all it was cracked up to be?

It's still a big concern.
Offices in your area must have a worse "track record". (excuse the pun)

It's obviously a bigger concern for them and your manager is being left alone during conference calls, that's how these inept, useless managers work, do just enough to stay off the radar and wear a mask when you pick up your inflated salary.

Almost zero Amazon work coming through our office since the New Year, looks like they've taken it all back

Still getting Amazon packets coming through our DO, from small packages to large items.

pre xmas we was only getting amazon in rural areas. xmas we had loads. now we are still getting loads. and we get alot for post office local collect too
