Has anybody used the cwu unionline for legal help advice , tried ringing it a few times but can't get through , looking for advice regarding an accident I had when out cycling yesterday , going over a roundabout when a van approaches and comes straight onto the roundabout knocking me off , I've been left with a bruised , grazed and swollen hip and knee, not to worried about me , my bike is pretty wrecked , carbon frame cracked and front wheel mangled , when the driver stopped to see if I was ok the first thing he says are my windows are filthy and with the winter sun I didn't see you , I'm looking to recover the cost of my bike , what would be the best way to proceed , any advice welcome.

I got an email from them today in reply to one I sent to them last week,I'm gonna try and ring them tomorrow.
