Pay Rise 2015 ???

With inflation rate now below 1% there is a big rumour doing the rounds at our depot that we not going to get the 2.8% pay rise that we were promised and voted on. Suspect this is secondary to the power struggle at union HQs . However my rep told me the subs are going up in April ! Call me synicall but i bet that's to pay for Mr Hayes owed leave again ? My rep told me that the Union had to pay him £40,000 in leui of owed holidays ? Well who pays for his trips all over the world see on the CWU website he had a nice little trip to S Africa before Xmas .
