Need some help please. Can anyone tell me if this agreement is still the same? I stumbled across it but noticed it was dated back in 2010 so if anyone out there knows its the same agreement today then it I would be very grateful. Basically in the agreement it states that if you've been overpaid then you can pay back the amount owed by 10% of each wage you get. Does this still apply? Thanks
