HCT and Frozen Snow on Paths
Do we refuse to use them tomorrow if the footpaths are covered in frozen snow? I fookin hope so

Hcts are only to be used on cleared paths, it's in the ssow, the office should have a contingency for hct walks when it's icy or snow,

You cannot use HCT's on frozen snow covered paths or in fresh snow. The wheels twist making them impossible.
LWT's can be used with spikies and care depending on conditions.

What is with care? They are no good in snow, end of.
With care means not to overload the trolley and rely on regular refreshes from a driver.
Depending on the severity of the snowfall and the conditions on the ground will decide if the deliveries will be attempted at all. Your manager and rep will use the severe weather policy to make this decision.
If you do get sent out in spikes then HCT cannot be used. Your safest option is to avoid carry a pouch which will cause your weight to be off balance. A LWT can be used if you keep the weight down.
