Not getting paid

Every week im asked to work my day off and do overtime, yet when tursday comes around im only credited a couple of hours, if im lucky, of OT rather than the usual 8-14 hours i have done.

Now my question is, how do i go about making sure i get what im owed every week on time instead of only getting a little bit then complaining im short x amount of hours to my manager?

When asked they give some bullsh*t story that the overtime sheet hasnt been sent in (i work in a SPDO, signing and OT sheets get sent to managers office everday) or that "theres been a break down in communications" regarding the OT i have done.

Is there anything i can do or have i just got to keep track of what ive been paid and what im owed and play catch up with my wages?

Buy a diary and note it all down - crossing it off as you get paid.

But the best way to get paid OT on time is next time you are asked politely state "that as you are not getting paid the OT correctly or on time at this juncture you see no benefit and respectfully decline the offer".

The thing is ive told them no before because i wasnt getting paid, then all of a sudden i got it on time then it went back to normal 3 weeks later

Am on loan to another office at mo,did overtime every day last week,got basic wage this week no overtime at all.AM now refusing to do any until i see green.
