hi has anyone ever taken a grievance or b&h case outside of royal mail to an employment solicitor and how did you get on. also does anyone have a number to chase a b&h case up thanks.

Did you not get help from the union? I did win my case but guess what, nothing happened to DOM, apart from been put to another office to do projects,and now he's back in same office, see your rep and fight it .Good luck mate.

union don't seem bothered , don't no where to turn , doms still doing what he likes , had enough now need to take it out the hands of r/m before i do something stupid and lose my job.

This is very difficult and frustrating, as i know from personal experience.
Put your helmet on and get in the trenches, do not let it drop , remember
patience is a virtue and do not get angry. keep at them.
