ddi overtime?
Wondering what the rules are on being on ddi or whatever its called. Where your on light duties and then doing overtime say on collections.

There are 2 separate issues.
If you are on a rehab plan that involves light duties, then you can't do overtime.
If you have a duty that has been adapted to your needs under the Equality Act, then as long as the overtime is not detrimental to your health, there is no reason why you shouldn't do it.
However if for example your "reasonable adjustment" was no steep hills, and you signed for overtime that involved steep hills, you would either have to be stupid or playing the system.
If you did steep hills on overtime, then the original reasonable adjustment would need to be looked at again.
