part timers
At our office part timers don't do IPS or prep rounds. If this carry's on only part time staff will be employed so who will do the IPS and round prepping

No frame, just a table. Everything will be walk-sorted. Easy. Anyone who attempts to stay as a full-timer will have such a long delivery span they will be driving juggernauts. Part-timers will be happier....but need another job.
