Can some one confirm that the 3pm last letter for urban deliveries still hold's the field as we are having another revision which has many duties finishing past 3 o clock

3pm for town deliveries and 4 pm for rural
However your duty can still finish after 3 as long as last letter is 3pm as far as I know that is still correct

Unfortunately the words are majority and should there actually is no legal limit on last letter time

I think the phrase is 'planned' so you can overrun just so long as it's down on paper that you finish at 3/4pm.
