If I understood Dingo's posts on the matter correctly, the most recent cases don't apply to RM as there is already a scheduled attendance agreement which covers holiday pay and overtime.calum1502 wrote:Hi . Anyone in the know or heard how this issue will be addressed by Royal Mail .
He did intimate there were further cases in the pipeline that may be more advantageous to RM staff.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Yeah ive heard that too . I was under the impression the issue was to take in to account ALL overtime , not just S.A.??
Also all allowances should be payed whilst on holiday?
