After a period of sickness before Christmas I still haven't had a back to work interview. I wondered if there was a time limit on this as I'm probably going to receive a Stage 1.

Overview
This is the guide on how to support employees
who are returning to work after an absence
in Royal Mail Group. It should be read in
conjunction with the Attendance Policy.
When should a welcome back
meeting take place?
Following any period of absence, a welcome
back meeting will be held between the
employee and their manager.
The discussion should always take place
during the employee’s first day back and where
possible should be held within three hours of
the start of their shift. It is very important that
this discussion takes place and that both the
manager and employee discuss the absence
and the employee’s overall wellbeing.
