Daily Huddle bullshit meetings (packets)

Does anyone else only have a daily huddle when the mail volume is slightly down on what the model weeks says it should be,
followed the the managers telling everyone that walks will be lapsed as a result, but more often the mail volumes are higher then model week but no huddle and certainly no mail is ever taken off duties so you can complete. I wish the CWU in our office would grow a pair and tell the managers to stop using daily figures only when it is in RM favor . Packets small medium and large are through the roof with no extra time for writing out anywhere between 30/40 unable to deliver cards a day. Should offices have packet counts on each duty with a certain amount of time allocated to write these bloody cards out.???
