I do love these so called "hard" managers. We've had more than one sent to our office to supposedly sort us out. After a few weeks of us carrying on as we did before, ignoring their attempts to bully us, they realise the confrontational way of managing doesn't work with us. One of these managers was found crying in their office, they don't like it up 'em

I often wonder when managers tell me they are moving to "Boring Town Delivery Office", because "they need a strong manager", why the answer to every problem in Royal Mail ,is a show of strength or industrial willy waving.
