today our dom lost his temper we are about 8 men short four of those due to sick leave .we have been four men short due to men leaving royal mail on ihr those jobs were never filled although our dsm told us that they would .today he attacked the union rep with a barrage of foul language he was like a bull terrier im sick of your fkn moaning your a fkn whinger al you fkn do is whinge i dont give a fk ive had it do as your fkn told from the rep no reply thats what its come to he also called one of the men a fkn slug last week because he is quite a large guy all this because were understaffed our fault is it royal mail.

All of you put a grievance in against him, the individuals he abused ought to go sick and put bullying and harassment complaints against him, it is totally unprofessional of any manager to talk to any member of staff in that way.

It sounds like you missed the opportunity to walk out in protest over the DOM's conduct and actions.

at our office we have a manager that has had so many grievance complaints against him I've lost count all that happens is he is taken off managing in the area of the complaint and back again a few weeks later this as been going on for over 30 year.s he got three people sacked for complaining about a female getting all the overtime he called it harassment of said female. all the time he was knocking off said female that was 30 years ago nothing changes
