Just seen a programme about the floods of 2014,and seen a postman riding his bike through floodwater? ?? WTF !! Good to see,royal mail having our safety top of there list and sending them out to do a delivery in the first place ? Nice touch.

No offence but you're primarily responsible for your own health and safety in any job.
If you're stupid enough to ride a bike through flood water which will probably contain a fair amount of raw sewage(animal and human) then you really only have yourself to blame.
