Apparently a lot of ex RM managers have been recruited by Amazon over the last few years. Sounds abit suspicious to me as I have heard that long term wise Amazon want RM lock stock and all smoking barrels and that came from reportedly a manager who used to be a WCM champion and she left to join Amazon some years ago. The funny thing is that the bloke who was in charge of Citi-Link used to work for Post Office Counters as a very senior manager

Don't know why this sort of thing should surprise you guys? You don't really expect any loyalty in this business do you? If RM sack you then you need to find another job. Obviously you'll need to find one that suits your qualifications and experiences.

Why are amazon even taking on ex RM managers for these senior positions, they must be f'kin good at job interviews, or do amazon think they might have some kind of inside information, makes me wonder.
