Bank holiday payment

Does anyone have any official documents to say what we get paid for our day off if it falls on xmas Boxing Day or new year day, got my wageslip today and it said only 8 hours bank holiday payment pay was around £80 for it but I'm 100% positive it is around £120 for the day

It,s your contracted hours for that day at normal pay rates. If you do less than 39 hours per week, the hourly rate will also include an allowance for the delivery supplement.

Where a rest day falls on a Bank Holiday (i.e. 25, 26 December or 1 January, plus 2 January in Scotland) and it is not operationally sensible to transfer the rest day to another day in the same week people will receive an additional day holiday (including those working ‘a week off in six’ or other variations on this theme) in the form of a day in lieu or alternatively the excess hours can be taken as normal overtime

Royal Mail does not pay time and half for any overtime, be it bank holiday, week end or any time. What planet are you living on.
