what a joke
our office and my duty had and where delivering xmas cards today all dated around middle of december 2014.all these cards have been lying idle for over 2 weeks somewhere ?.Its obvious all royal mail are interested in is parcels,yes they are our main income,but delivering xmas cards today with franked dates of middle of december is totally embarrasing.

We have had loads of cards from the beginning and middle of December, the earliest I saw today was the 9th December, nearly a month ago.
