Anyone else keep getting docked 1 minute from their overtime

Noticed the last few weeks that i keep getting docked 1 minute from my overtime ? So for instance if i've done 15hrs overtime it will show on wageslip as 14hrs 59. A few other people in my office have also been getting this. Spoke to the guy who sorts out the overtime and he says nothing to do with him and always inputs whatever is written down so rang wages and they give me some bullshit about 'its how its input' so claimed back the 5 mins i was owed on principle but its started happening again.Is this just a local thing or are others experiencing this ?

I think that's to do with the computer system and when it counts up a complete hour that could trigger a different pay rate, say you were 32 hours and you'd done 7 hours O/T you would get it at standard rate as you'd made up the basic 39 so it would go in at 6.59 so as not to trigger say the SA rate or whatever it is over 39. I don't believe it makes a difference to the amount if you work it out.

Every 5 weeks add 5 mins to that weeks OT, like a leap year.
