I would like to see Royal mail successfully sued for the damage it has done to our bodies with Park and loop,obviously not all offices have had crazy revisions (London) but from what I hear and talking to other postal workers when I go on courses it seems a lot have.

The health amd safety should be called in now..... making walks 5-6 hours every day is killing people... its got to be illigal what royal mail are doing to the workers...

We've got through this Christmas in our office without a single dedicated packet driving duty. All we've had is a guy on light duties doing some here and there and some gone on OT. The longest we've had packets sat next to our frame before being delivered is 6 days. Oh, and our MC failed today too.

Yet RM will claim it all has been a massive success and that they've 'delivered Christmas' for our customers. The simple fact is they could not give a flying sh*t about customers or they wouldn't treat them with contempt and actually put the hours into offices to get the job done properly.

Damage? Didn't they keep quoting 'weight off the shoulder'. Don't know bout you but my bag weight wad always on the bike not my shoulder! I've never been as tired as these last 3 yrs on shared vans and foot. Getting rid of bikes was the worst thing they have done financially and for the wellbeing of staff. So many more now have hip, back, foot and knee complaints from walking 8-10 miles a day.
