overtime payment instead of lieu day

My day off this week falls on boxing day so I informed my Dom I wanted the ot instead of a lieu day. After a discussion he agreed but is now saying I will have to have a lieu day . I showed him the Xmas arrangements ltb and said as he couldn't give me a day off this week I wanted ot as per the agreement, he's saying that the ltb is wrong and ot isn't an option. What's my next move?

We had a long battle to get it accepted but now we get paid 8hrs or 6hrs if you don't want the lieu day,our dom just laughed when I first mentioned it but the area manager gave in.
