Grievance

Post by Natasha, Midlands »

I'm putting in a Grievance against my manager now so what is the most likeliest thing to happen to the manager or me if they don't take my side on board?
I have definitely have got a 100% case but will this cover bully and harassment as well?
Where do I send it because I cannot go in the office as I'm suspended and how long does it take to process and will it affect my disciplinary hearing?

Thanks in advance everyone...

I have had a operation recently on my ankle after a break (pins and plates) and Atos said I was supposed to take it easy around the office on duties that do not aggravate the recovery but my manager has took no notice of the atos report I am still struggling on delivery even after doing light duties and graded hours.

I also got a drs note to wear my own light training shoes but again my manager said I cannot wear my shoes and he has over ruled the drs note.
The pins and plate is playing up in this cold weather paining me like anything just had enough and told him I'm going sick twice then suspended me.
I didn't think it was aggressive but he said I made a threat?

Even he/she has a witness as a manager he/she should not over rule doctors nor ATOS if all else comes to the unlikely conclusion of dismissal keep notes and sue royal mail for constructive dismissal I am sure you have a good case.
