Dear Colleague,

National Delivery Revision Briefings

We can now confirm the venues for the forthcoming Delivery Revision Briefings in January 2015 which are as follows.

Tuesday 6 January – North
Venue: Crowne Plaza – The Roxburghe, 38 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4HQ
Time: 1030 – 1605

Wednesday 7 January – West
Venue: Birmingham & District CWU Branch, 47 Summer Lane, Hockley, Birmingham, B19 3TH. Time: 1030 - 1605

Thursday 8 January – East
Venue: Grand Connaught Rooms, 61-65 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DA
Time: 1030 - 1605

The CWU attendees at these briefings will be CWU Divisional Representatives, CWU Area Delivery Representatives and CWU Area Safety Representatives, who will attend their respective Region/Geography Briefing. For ease of reference the ADRs and ASRs aligned to each of the regions is attached. Also attached is the Agenda for the day which will include a buffet lunch.

Travel and subsistence costs associated with attendance at the Briefing will be in line with the advice issued in LTBs 506/04 and 224/14.

Actually I think it's going to be an exercise in saving money on a big scale - some have only just instituted the 2010 modernisation revisions and here we are with even more RM revisions being handed down by the glitterati.

I must say that I also have heard of spending significant time on lunch and biscuit selection (at least in the past anyway).
