Today saw the result of a successfull amazon delivery from Amazon logistics. House on a MAIN road in full view about 10 parcels stacked by the front door. I couldnt even get to the letter box cause they were stacked so high. O and they were not sheltered either. Someones christmas gifts left in full view of a main road unsheltered from the weather. But all scanned as successfully delivered i can only assume. Is this really a prime service?

And the other day, saw an Amazon guy doorstep every parcel he had for that road, even the ones that could go through the letter box. Just dont get how they are not swamped with complaints. First time delivery isnt always better than a secure delivery!

If this reaches a saturation point of some kind, certain people will be able to earn a little income (or better) from driving round pretending they are a courier of some kind and sweeping all this dumped stuff up, hopefully. These fly boys are doing the industry no favours.

I know someone who did that, he was delivering local telephone directories, he went to prison but still a lot of inconvenience. Don't forget, these guys are paid for each delivery they make, take all the stuff back and they get nothing, what would you do in their situation? We are paid regardless.

saw a van delivering parcels and he was wearing a Parcelforce top at 10PM I asked him why he was so late and he said he was self employed and had 300 parcels to deliver before he got home and he even asked me if I could take a parcel for the house in the next street!! Yer right

I was knocking on a door yesterday when a courier in a private car pulled up, walked down the path and threw a packet on the floor next to the front door then walked off. I looked around and he said 'she'll be at work'.

I left it there, in full view of a path that runs straight past the house from a row of busy shops to a main road.

Been tripping over stuff from Amazon on doorsteps all over the place today. If it all gets nicked we might get the work back.

Seen lot of parcels door stepped outside the house today on my walk and one was from parcel force :(

A theft with a van will have plenty of things to help himself/herself for Christmas.

Seen loads of PS4 sized boxes on the steps when that got released from Amazon. Think it was Yodel then.

Watch out because I predict that Amazon delivery will not be able to cope in the next couple of weeks and the parcels will be dumped (hopefully paid) in our system.

Sadly unless the customer complains, we won't get the contract back. Customers may even think we did it. If I'm in that situation, I write on a 739, items on doorstep not left by royal mail. If you are unsatisfied, please complain and we'll do the job better.

we have not lost the contract. amazon log cant handle xmas so need the help of every courier. once it settles they will pull out again but they will be back again. amazon prefers to use couriers which can track every parcel
