The fact you are on Wallingtons has no bearing as you are paid 39 hours per week. Where it does have an effect is when you actually take it because you have to cover more working hours for each week/day you have on leave.

Option 3: 5 week's holidays 0.6%

Thank you all for clarifying the situation, I' ve done 11 1/2 years . So I get 5 x 6 day weeks at -10.86 deducted a week. Not called a Wally week for nothing humm
