Xmas bonus if off sick.

I was off work yesterday ( 6th Dec ), due to a sickness bug. How will this affect my bonus ?

It wont Christmas pressure only starts this week.

It won't, it's only affected if you're not on full pay ie if you've been off 6 months or more, do not believe lying bstrd managers like ours who'll tell you different to scare you.

Correct, divisional reps have wrote to area managers telling them to stop doms putting out the lies

£100 Christmas Bonus + £100 colleague Shares Bonus - Both Pro Rata and on 19 Dec

do you get the £100 Colleague share bonus if you are off sick ?

As I understand it Yes - the criteria for the 2 payments are listed separately in the LTB and surprisingly there is no mention of sickness or even strikes for the ColleagueShare portion.
4 Christmas Pay Supplement The Christmas pay supplement of £100 for full time OPG and OSGs (pro-rated for part timers) will be paid on Friday 19 December. The eligibility criteria for the Christmas bonus payment will be the same as last year, based on the four December weeks (commencing 24 November). In the unlikely event of any industrial action the abatement criteria will be drawn from the PBS agreement. The separate payment of £100 (pro rata for PT employees) agreed in the National Joint Statement - New Incentive Arrangements June 2012 will also be paid on Friday 19 December.

The £100 ex IWM christmas bonus is not abated for sick leave unless your on half pay or ssp ! The £100 link to the colleague share paid to all staff in post pro rata to part time.

I was off sick 2 years ago during Xmas pressure and still got my full £100.
