what is our overtime rate

Can someone advise me what the overtime rate is please, I'm on a 35 hour contract so I know the first 4 hours are at flat rate but what about the rest?

yep another good deal our union got us.
we used to get a better rate after 10 hours then we used get double time,
also got around 8,00.00 pounds bonus at xmas + doing around 30-40 hours on s/a a week.
but then our basic pay was crap but it was a laugh then end up going to walthamstow dogs
winning a few quid then do it on the birds in charlie changs afterwards.
