Following on from the cut off thread I ve started a overtime booked thread.

The lads got an hour for an early morning start and a hour on the end. I left at 2.20pm and many were not back.

lets try something HOW MANY STAFF BOOKED EXTENDED DELIVERY LAST WEEK BUT NO PAYMENT.
most staff should have there wage slips today lets see how many staff got paid there right money.

To be fair I always get the correct money these days as an OPG works it out and not management.

When we had the old docket system where the manager had to sign it off you often did not get paid extended. When challenged the manager would show you figures on the computer and argue the point to the death.

20 mins , but my park and loop partner stayed out to complete (he wanted to ) when I came back , and booked 2 1/2 hours ,all working well this year.

Not a penny because I ain't going over any day.

First I was moved to another duty, where I had to prep wednesdays coded but un-sequenced tray that was left under the frame. Then prep the four coded trays for thursday plus a wagon load of chite from virgin media that was duplicated three times over for every address. On to the three bulky bags of packets. Result 4 bags left for the DOM and 30 mins extended.

if me and my P&L took everything we`d be booking 2 hours a day each quite easily.

none today left 4 massive loops and a york of large parcels got back just on time , managers still out now in the freezing dark delivering so hope they enjoy there bonus:Very Happy
