Internal vacancies

I'm interested in trying to get a job on the wagons, starting at 7.5 tonne and working up to the HGVs. Where can I find out about this and/or where would these types of vacancies be advertised (if they even are!!)?

pretty much a closed shop operation, in my view.

son of a father of a cousin of an uncles best man. etc.

7.5 is a completely seperate division to 18 and 44 on the voc and yourll have to be expierienced to get a job now so itll be practically impossible to "work your way up" with in Royal Mail.
