Annual leave while off sick

During the summer i was off work for 3 month and in that time i had 2 weeks annual leave, i went abroad but had to get a doctors note for my DOM.

Iv been told from work mates since i was still on the sick im due them two weeks back, so i went into to see dom and he said he wasn't sure if i was due them back, he said " if you can fly your fit enough to work but i'll look into it"

Anyone know what the score is, Am i due these 2 weeks back

If you were off sick and had the appropriate documentation to prove it (Drs fit note) then you are due to the 2 weeks back.
You cannot simultaneously be off sick and on holiday.

Provided you have kept DOM fully informed of your intention to travel abroad while absent from work and this has ben agreed then you have not breached the guidelines of the attendance procedure then you are entitled to have your 2 weeks annual leave credited to you.
If there is a problem with this then bring your union rep in on the matter.
