im due a 2nd stage interview but it's been weeks since iv been back and havn't had it due to the gaffa not havin time to do it Sick leave etc he's always on delivery.

My question is, Is there a time limit on when this should be done, and what happens if this time lap's,

Not a lot of info provided Harv, so have a look at the Procedure and get the Rep involved if you are in the Union

There isn't a time limit but it should be done on returning to work just make sure you get the review backdated to to date when you returned to work

Royal Mail leave it open to abuse. Must be done with in a reasonable period of time they say. I'd. Say reasonable is up to a month but a manager will tell you reasonable is up to 6 months.

If your awaiting your 2nd stage and the dom is taking long, their's nothing stopping folks taking more sick in that period of waiting that will jump start the process.
