Today must of delivered over 50 letters today where TNT have not bothered delivery and just covered their stamp with a Royal Mail stamp.
It's about time Royal Mail made a sticker to put on these letters to let customers know TNT have delayed the item and now it's been delivered by Royal Mail.

What i dont understand is, Ofcom make such a big deal out of Royal Mail hitting delivery targets. But when it comes to Whistl its like o well deliver it when you can. Its either important to deliver to a set of targets or its not!

Exactly the same thing happened to 2 walks in our office last Saturday.
Wonder how much trouble you would get into if you peeled the stickers off and sent them back to tnt/whistl
