Part time to full time ... Xmas

hi,
my contract is for 27.5 hours but i've been asked if i want to go full time from 12 December for 2 weeks.
apparently this means i'll get the £200 bonus instead of £100. is this guaranteed?
Also, i'm what about the delivery supplement. should that not increase too?
My pay is due to go up by 50p per hour soon too. how much will this increases the weekday overtime @sspr?
does anyone actually know what the overtime rates are?
is it worth me going full time during the busy xmas period?
as it stands i get paid weekday overtime@sspr after 27.5 hours. if i went full time then i'd just be on my basic hourly rate but could possibly get paid overtime if i go over the 39 hours.
Any thoughts anyone?

You'll only get pro rata Xmas bonus I think your boss is saying that to try and sweeten you into doing the extra hours.The extra hours you do will be at the same rate your getting now.Overtime rate doesn't kick in until after 39 hours kind regards

If your manager can confirm that you shall receive the full time bonus (is it not £100?) then you should also receive the full time delivery supplement for the time that you have been made up.

The delivery supplement thing should not be an issue as it is paid through a better overtime rate if you are a part timer.

Either way, it should make no difference to you if you have been doing lots of overtime and you are ready to work up to and beyond 39 hours. The only difference it makes is that you have guaranteed overtime - and that is a good thing...

The only proviso is whether you want to be getting to work early as a full time staff and possibly double prepping (I doubt you will be on IPS yet cos of experience)?

dont get conned . i had this when i first started. there is no way you will get full xmas bonus and they cannot pay you full time d2d payment either.i was told this and didnt get it in writing more fool me.

If he's working full-time hours he'll get the full-time delivery supplement but it will be in his hourly rate so won't show up on his pay slip as the delivery supplement.

There is no payment for d2ds it's part of the job now.The delivery supplement is paid for anyone that works on or part of delivery.This is paid at pro rata up to 39 hours the full entitlement regards

Isn't it just a way to make you commit to the hours? You'd get the overtime anyway, surely. The bonus thing sounds a bit dubious, I'd get that in writing if you do decide to commit.

Don't quote me, I'm fairly new, but it seems to me that the only difference is choice. 39 hours is 39 hours whether full time or part time doing OT. If you're full time, you have to do it and if you're part time you can choose when you want to do the OT.

The Xmas bonus is worked out on your contractual hours so full time contract is a bigger bonus than pt working docket upto ft hours,

Apart from the Xmas bonus everything else will work out at exactly the same amount

Then it pays less than your normal hourly rate after 10 hours!
