Deputy managers question
When an OPG decides to go into management, how long after they've gone does their duty become vacant? Is there a timescale to allow someone to sign for the duty....3 months/6 months/a year? Any info would be helpful....

As long as he is only an acting manager then he picks a duty in seniority like anyone else and that duty is held open ad infinitum until he is appointed as a real manager - I know that's an anomalymakingsounds wrote:When an OPG decides to go into management, how long after they've gone does their duty become vacant? in my office they are advertised as temporary vacancies ie if they come back they go back onto their duty
