Not getting paid ot

Ok so last week I did xtra delivery for 2 days it took 1 hr each day , I got paid for 1 hr instead of 2 dom says I didn't finish 1 hour late for both days and I worked xtra on tue so can only pay 1 hour as it was light ,everyone else went home early tue so why am I not being paid he says I only clocked out 10 mins late and he can only pay for the time I work! Is this right I mean thu I did 20 mins late without claiming so I said I want 20 mins for this he says he will check total hours for week and pay accordingly this has never happened before so I willl not do anymore till sorted

Not again well management are at it again in pursuit of their bonus bet they will try bullying you next if you do as you said.

that's why they wont bring in clocking in machines because your clock card would go to the wages department , so that means they cant decide who and how much they want to pay, oh and cook the books, just work your hours and finish on time.

If you clocked out 10 mins late, why would you expect more than 10 mins overtime?

He asked if I wanted ot I said yes it took 1 hr on a tue , he let everyone else go home at least 1 hr early that's why

How long after your official finishing time did you leave the office? Not how long the extra work took
