New packet prices

With the new price for packets now in operation, has anyone seen a significant increase in the daily volumes.

Easy for you in a mail centre,try cramming everything into a vauxhall combi and delivering it in your time.We had an increase in big packets ,probably 10 or 12 more than normal.

It's been strangely light on packets for a few weeks now on our walks. The odd bad day but certainly less then we usually get.

Stupid idiots who thought up the new parcel/packet prices/sizes. When packaging stuff to send., (and I do quite a lot), you still have to waste time finding an appropriate size packet/box, measuring it, is it 1mm too thick, 1cm too long, is the item you have thinly wrapped in one layer of bubble, going to be damaged? It's so much easier using a courier. RM fannying around adjusting the sizes ain't gonna make a **** of difference.

"so much easier using a courier" means we'll have it so much easier up to Christmas.
