I have far too much work maybe you could staff the business so we have the time so the Delivery to Neighbour is doable in the time allowed? As for the Management don't think they have a clue and as for the couriers they are just picking up on the failure of said management and business strategy of dictating to the workforce and not involving them!

why only the tracked ?what about the parcels ,specials , recordeds and anything else that will not fit through the letter boxes , no problem just knock a third to a half from the size of the deliveries and work up to your finish time , and of course stop the lapsing

You know. If like me you have your own duty, u get t9 know your costumers, and you build up trust, then you get to know where to leave there packages, tracked items. But when you get shafted every other day onto a duty you are not familiar with then there is no way you are going to get 100% delivery.
