Hello.
I am currently off sick and have been so for over 6 months, I recieved a letter recently explaining that RM can no longer pay SSP, My partner seems to think this is incorrect as they should have paid me full pay, then half pay plus SSP. has RM been paying me SSP included in my wages already for 28 weeks? thank you for any help.

Re: SSP question it's stopped.
You don't get both half pay and SSP.
The full pay and half pay you receive from RM already contains the SSP element of sick pay which RM tops up until the full pay or half pay level.
SSP runs out after 28 weeks.
