Back doors stuck and don't open

There are few combo and bipper vans in our office. Sometime the back doors get stuck and cant open back doors. So we have use the side door.

In order to fix the back doors. They send the van to the work shop.

This has happen to me few times. I shut the back doors and then they don't open lol.

Does anyone know why the back doors get stuck.

Probably because when they go in for repair,they are not repaired properly.

Don't take the van out its faulty give them a bit of their own medicine seen as they are health and safety conscious these days.

They don't give a damn about health and safety, their only concern is in limiting any possible financial damage to the business.

Does it open manually with they key? Sometimes the central locking goes haywire.

Had to loan a hightop van from a different office on one occasion (only has rear access doors). Low and behold I go and reach for a parcel at the other end of the van and it slams shut on me and I'm unable to open it due to a fault in the mechanisms . If my PDA had no power or... I was somewhere more rural, I would been in a pretty terrible state luckily it was nothing more than a near miss as someone let me out after 30mins of banging.

you should always unload from side door, as in the past a postman was rammed by a car whilst unloading from the rear doors.... read it somewhere, he was seriously injured.

Some LDV Maxus vans only have rear doors ( apart from the driver / passenger doors that is ). I know of one where the rear doors were stuck closed with live mail inside, and the workshop took an angle grinder to the hinges as that was the only way to open it.
