We were brought around the bulky frame today and was told if we deliver to apartments and the boxes are outside or in a post room as we have a lot of this in Preston just off Fishergate etc it has to be scanned as Inaccessible?
But is not Inaccessible as we can access the delivery point.
RM seem to want us now to put in false info on this. Anyone else been informed about this?

We've been told by our dom it's RM procedure now to scan flats as inaccessible if you don't get an answer. The whole office does it so it's not as if they're going to single someone out for doing something everyone else does.
It's just because inaccessible doesn't count as a failed delivery attempt, and hence it pads the figures. It's better for you anyway as you don't have to mess about trying other flats, just 739 them and scan as inaccessible if that's what you've been told to do.
