Can anyone give a breakdown of a day for 28.20 hr contract over 5 days, starting at 9am ?
I.e what breaks, travel to and from delivery finish time ect.

every duty is different and its content varies from office to office so unfortuantely there is no standard content for each duty, ie you may be required to do some sorting you may not, travelling time will vary depending on your office etc, to find out what your duty includes check the duty 318 in your office
