HR Postal Address

Hi,
I worked for Royal Mail last year through Angard Staffing. During the the employment, I made an expense claim for petrol for an agreed visit to another site. This claim was never paid. Angard state that it is nothing to do with them.

I've written to the below address, but have had no reply and a registered letter returned. Please can you advise if a central HR office exists and the postal address please:
