hello, need some advice, i've made voluntary transfer to another office,
my question is do i have right to come back if for example i don't like my new office? or can i work in both offices?
if so who i need to contact regarding this?

Several factors need to be considered:-
!) Who instigated the transfer and have you received written confirmation of the agreed terms.
2) Are you reserve/floater
3) What are your contracted hours.
4) Are you a CWU member and is local rep aware of your situation
5) Possibility of working both offices for holiday/sickness cover but what is your recognised office as travelling time would be within your contracted hours.

i have not received a contract yet, and the transfer is done by Sheffield
i am reserved
my old office hours 20/week, new office 15.36/week
i am cwu member but have not spoken to them
my old office hours are 1800-2200 mon-friday
new office are 2 night saturday and monday 2230-0620

Why is their a reduction in hours from your old office to new office?
Did you receive a contract on working 20/week?
Has the reduction in hours been with mutual consent?
