IHR question (again sorry)

Hi, without going into to much details behind my question, I've been off work Ill for quite awhile now and my manager asked if I had considered taking IHR. I am seriously considering it more so to do that I can't see myself managing to continue this job for another 30 years or so.
I don't have a RM pension and have been with RM just short of 10 years, though I have one of the Zurich pensions. Will that affect IHR? or would I still be entitled to the 34 weeks, plus 9 plus holidays etc (I think that's how it's worked out)
And lastly would I be able to keep the shares?

zurich pension should,nt affect ihr and yes to your other questions

If IHR is approved then you would be entitled to the standard 34 weeks + 9 weeks ( PILON) + outstanding leave.
Your shares would be safe as you have left the business in good terms.
