How much he earns is irrelevant. Calling people names is Bullying and harassment and can land people in trouble or even dismissed.

Even posting such a mild insult on here as a laugh is DANGEROUS.

1. An individual and his office is named in a company newspaper.
2. An anonymous poster on Royal Mail Chat calls this individual a dipstick.
3. The individual at 1 makes a complaint.
4. The manager of the poster at 2 recognises who he is in real life.

Disagree with people that's allowed, petty name calling, whilst normally harmless when reciprocated, is not recommended in the present climate.
