As I understand it you cannot contact them directly, you have to be referred initially to get a case file etc. You'll need to go through your local management to get referred.

Teebs is right you need to be referred by your manager but if you already have been in touch with them an are querying something to do with a referral the number is
08006888777 to get through to their advise centre.
